All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars.
Order Size
A maximum order that you can make in our online shop is 10 kg. If your order exceed this weight limit, it will automatically be refused by our system and you will not be able to submit it.
That said, we do welcome orders bigger than 10 kg – just drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment
You can choose to pay with a credit/debit card or bank transfer.
All credit/debit card payments on our website are processed by Stripe which is a financial services platform that helps all types of businesses accept payments, build flexible billing models and manage money movement. They process nearly US2tn of payments annually.
We do not record, keep, nor have access to any financial information you provide which makes your online transaction very safe.
If you do not have a credit card, drop us an email and we can see if you can pay directly to us via our bank accounts. We have UK, HK, Australian and German accounts which you can directly pay into. Cheques are possible for UK and Hong Kong, once again please email us.

International Shipping Details
In general we don’t ship to South America, Africa, Middle East, Russia and its neighbouring countries.
Customs policies vary from country to country, and please bear in mind additional duties may be added to your order upon arrival in your country for which we can’t take responsibility.
